You have probably already researched this before hand and have just read that “YOU CANNOT TARGET WEIGHT LOSS”. This is true but you can flatten your stomach what I have been doing is an hour just cardio then in the evenings when I am watching tv and an advert is on -

i have a flat stomach on my upper body but, my lower body has abs, but you can't see them because there is a layer of fat, like a pouch.
but it's not that bad, it's like less than an inch of fat.
